Love the location and the apartment itself but ive been asking about someone ruining our patio with trash and their dogs pee and no one seems to respond. 5 attempts all logged over 30 days. it's difficult giving anymore than 2 stars but i give 3 because they've been very reasonable when it came to a late payment refund. I would say they're fair, just either under staffed or lazy its really hard to tell. This place is beautiful at night and usually quiet. Very friendly overall.

Great place to live. Remodeled units are very nice. There does seem to be a bit of trash lying around the complex occasionally. Could use more recycle bins. And maybe a bit more parking or garages close to the units around me.

Perfect, quiet community!! The on site staff is always here to help! Hensley has taken all necessary precautions to ensure a smooth transition into this weird time we are loving in, and i am sure the transition out will be just as easy.

Es muy agradable vivir aquí en the Hensley, hay mucha organización sin embargo el tener vecinos mariguanos nos afecta ya que el humo entra por la ventilación y al entrar a mi apartamento el olor está demaciado concentrado. Es una pena que las personas no respeten los lugares smoke free.

very nice quiet little complex that is conveniently located near the freeway and nice neighborhoods and shopping centers. It is clean, safe and well maintained. It has a nice pool area and it and I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live.

Enjoy the community, neighbors are friendly. My family enjoy walking around the community and seeing other families doing the same thing. Only negative is the dog poop that is left behind by their owner. If you have a dog it would be nice if you can clean up after them.

The experience hasn’t been to good . Especially customer service. When you need something to be fix it takes forever and they are so quick to get you into the apartment and once your in, it’s a hassle to get anything done once you start finding a bunch of stuff wrong with the place

It's a descent place to live, have had multiple leaks from rain, but they apparently have repaired them, we will see when I rains again. They did keep are rent the same and didn't raise it again once this covid-19 thing happened so that's good, but they if this wasn't happening our rent would have gone up AGAIN.

Maintenance is quick, and courteous. The leasing office keeps us informed and is professional and helpful. They care about the residents and make sure our safety is their top priority.

Upstairs neighbors are rude and loud. They play music all hours of the night and stomp around all day. We have gone to speak with them but they are just inconsiderate and leasing office seems to not care. We can never get a hold of leasing office they do not return phone calls. Can’t wait to move

I love the location that is why i choose these apartments. for the most part it is clean and looks good. I haven't had too much problems with the staff. The neighbors have all been friendly. I do have an older apartment and wish they could renovate ours without having to move out.

The apartment complex is beautiful. As well as the floor plan. All amenities are as described. The only reason I’m not rating a 5 star is because the day of our move NONE of the leasing forms or paperwork was completed. They had no record of us even coming to move in even though they withdraw the 100$ from my bank out for a holding fee. Super inconvenient.

It's been good for the most part living at Hensley. New ownership has done a lot of good renovations to the complex. The only problem we have is that a lot of things are breaking in my apartment because they are old. I need to keep calling for repairs and sometimes I feel like they don't like me calling the office so much. I have a couple items pending that I need to call the office to get fixed.

I have a enjoyed my stay here. Although parking could be enforced a bit more, I'm happy here. There are folks who do not have the gate opener(which I'm assuming are people who are not on the lease and living here anyway), so I wish they would do something about that.

I like living here. The amenities are nice and the apartment is comfortable. I'm rating 3 stars because the cost of renting a garage is too high, and most people need extra storage. Also, Hensley has invested in a small dog park but had no place for children to play.

i have lived here for about 3 years. very quiet community.. still love the fact the everything is within 10 mile or less. i just wish they would upgrade on a few things for the price that we are paying like cameras in the entrance of the gate or something. iv had two incidents already where one broke into my car two somehow usps left a package on my door step and was missing. gym and pool are amazing usually when i go its never packed. the ladies at the office are amazing as well.

Our apartment is very clean and cared for. We love the new management as well as the maintenance team who came over from old management. One issue we do have is security. There used to be a much better company with many security guards. I would certainly welcome a small increase just to have better security here.

Place is quiet. The one complaint I have is to take care of the street cat problem. Too many of them and some even hide in the storage from the carports. Ask the rest of the residents to stop feeding them or to adopt them and pay their fee to have them inside the apartment.

This place is super chill . Always kept up and people are not noise and keep to themselves. We have been here for almost 6 years and hope to stay as long as possible. The staff here are super friendly and are easy to talk to . There are many things that make this place a nice place to live such as a nice pool and new gym.

We are not happy with the security or our gates always being broken... car vandalism and now we just had our motorcycle stolen last week. There needs to be some type of security not only at night but also during the day and I think cameras would be great!!! Our carports are dark and need more light so we can see. We are always seeing homeless/ drug addict people in trash cans and lurking around a the cars at all hours of the day/ night.

Since moving to Hensley in Dec of 2019 I have had a great move in experience. It was very quick and the Hensley team communication was also great! Now living here for 4 months I am already ready to make my decision to extend my lease. The community and big and nice for a lot of different activity’s.

Especially, Laura, she is super nice. The maintenance staff is also very nice and they come over if requested in a short time and are always helpful. The location is great it is close to everything like Walmart, Schools, and the freeway. Parking is ample and never any issues come up. The security is there round the clock; very safe all the time. The amnesties like pool and the gym is an added plus.

The apartments are great, quick response times for repairs. Also I like seeing so many dogs at the apartments. Having the multiple jacuzzis helps keep warm on the cold days.

The community is nice and quiet. I love the location of my apartment because I am able to overlook the grounds when the rain falls and see the mountains from my location. The apartment has a homey feel to it and the people around us are friendly neighbors. I would like more space for the kids to run and play since they sidewalks and grass are full of dog or cat feces. It would be nice to have a small designated area for the kids. Also, it would be nice if our carport was coordinated a little closer to our apartment. I see tons of empty spaces closer to our unit. We have had a few maintenance issues but other than that it's a good place to live in a good location.

From the date I reported the problem to the date the washer machine was replaced it took approximately three (3) weeks. I was without a washer and dyer for a while. It took almost two weeks for someone to come and take a look and another week to replace it. Also when they replaced the washer/dyer they bent the tracks for the sliding door.

Do not move here. Both of my cars got broken into and got everything stolen from. Leasing office did not seem to care and just asked if I filled a police report and called my renters insurance. Yes this can happen anywhere, but from when my cars got broken into the gates were being left open 24/7. They closed them for a week after my stuff got stolen and again they've been open for the past 2-3 weeks. (-: To make things worse they gave me a garage for $100 and the first day I try and open it to go to work at 7:00 AM, the garage is not working. I had to wait until 3 PM to get it open. Two days later I park my car inside and tried to close it, but nope it did not want to close. Yesterday I get a note for the first time ever after 4 months to put my parking pass on my car and yes this was my mistake that I never put it on my glass, but I tried to ask for a new one literally 10 minutes ago and they said it is $50 to replace it or my car will get towed.(Which I do not remeber them saying it was $50 to replace nor did I see it on the contract that I just reread right now). Btw I can not even keep my working truck here because they stole everything from there so now I have to drive an extra 30 minutes away and 30 minutes back just to keep my truck safe. These apartments are a joke. So please just move somewhere else and not here, and listen to the reviews because they are true. (-: LOL update: They closed the gates a few days after this review or because a motorcycle got stolen in these apartment . Update: This is four months later and my car got broken into and it was hit from the driver rear side. I am also surprised management did not comment anything here? Maybe because they know they suck? I'd recommended maybe better security. ??

Have had a good experience thus far. No problems with neighbors nor staff. I think the only downfall to living here is the parking. We don’t have assigned parking so there’s plenty of times that parking anywhere near my apartment is an issue, and it’s frustrating

The only complaint I have is I wasn’t able to get a covered parking close To my apt 1849 Hideaway #105. And the trash area by the apt has Broken glass continuous Which is dangerous. The staff friendly and the are responsive in maintenance. I had an issue in air condition it is working perfectly but very weak. It looks like it’s design is not for the size of my apartment so they said nothing we can do for you. Other than that everything is great.

Overall great experience with the staff especially Laura. Our experience here has been peaceful with but with some complaints, we are waiting for that gym to stay open longer and our other complaint is that parking is a big hassle especially when there are many vehicles without permits to park in the complex, I'm sure there are many residents but we'd like to believe that the parking to resident ratio was thought of beforehand so the only explanation is theres individuals who dont reside here and are occupying the parking spots.
